Returns

If you are in any way dissatisfied with any of the items you have received,you can return them to us for either an exchange or a refund. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you. Simply complete the returns form on the reverse of your delivery note/invoice, then detach the form at the perforations and enclose it with the returned goods. Attach the peel-off address label on the back of this form to your return package.

Items returned to us that arrive damaged or indeed get lost in transit, will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original invoice will not be refunded.

Goods that were damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no extra cost and with free delivery

Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • You must inform us of any breakages within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Returns must be received by celticlands.co.uk within 14 days of you receiving your order.
  • We regret, in the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept the return of pierced earrings, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note the following postage details which vary depending on your location.

For UK customers: Send your return via the Royal Mail. Please obtain a free certificate of posting when returning your goods so that in the event of goods getting lost in transit, we can still complete your request.

For US customers: Send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method.
Please retain your shipping documentation so that in the event of goods getting lost in transit, we can still complete your request.

For International customers: Send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method and clearly mark your package as returned goods to avoid delays at customs. Please retain your shipping documentation; so that in the event of goods getting lost in transit, we can still complete your request.
