Silver jewellery

Sterling silver is a metal containing at least 92.5% silver. This is the legal standard of purity set by the assay offices in Britain and used for most silver jewellery throughout the world. It means that the metal used is of a specific quality. Pure silver is never used, as it is too soft to be practical. Care information

All of our silver jewellery is created by Sea Gems Ltd and stamped 925 indicating the quality as "sterling silver" along with the SG hallmark.

All silver items under 7.78 grams in weight are hallmarked as a legal requirement with our sponsor mark SG, number mark silver 925 - indicating the fineness of the precious metal.

Ring Sizes

Silver Chains

All silver chain is Italian made Sterling Silver 925 and findings, with all soldered links. Curb chains are included with each pendant (not necessarily pictured on the site)  - please select your desired chain length when placing your order (16 inches/40.6cm or 18inches/45.7cm)


Guarantee

All of our products carry a full money back guarantee. Any item you order from us can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the goods are in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Remember to include your name and address and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We regret, that in the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept the return of pierced earrings, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Goods returned to us arriving damaged, or lost, will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order is not refunded.

Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of breakages within three days of receiving the order.

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults, but not misuse. To maintain the condition of your jewellery remove when showering, swimming or when undertaking manual or domestic work.

Please note that orders to be shipped outside the EU are exempt from VAT - this tax will be removed at the checkout stage.

Packaging & Boxing

Most jewellery and gift items come in beautiful presentation boxes. Exceptions are bookmarks, Celtic Magic Colour Change jewellery and Celtic Trinity silver plated jewellery. These are mounted on card and wrapped in a celophane packet.


Returns

If you are in any way dissatisfied with any of the items you have received,you can return them to us for either an exchange or a refund. Please keepall the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.Simply complete the returns form on the reverse of your delivery note/invoice, then detach the form at the perforations and enclose it with the returned goods. Attach the peel-off address label on the back of this form to your return package.

Items returned to us that arrive damaged or indeed get lost in transit, will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original invoice will not be refunded.

Returns - Postage details

Caring for your Silver Jewellery

Sterling silver 925 will tarnish with time and wear, as it reacts with air and sea. To clean and help maintain your sterling silver jewellery, use a high quality silver cloth to avoid tarnish (do not use silver dip).

To bring back sparkle from faceted gemstones use warm soapy water, and a soft toothbrush. Soak and brush inside the back of the setting and rinse.

Avoid contact with chemicals, perfume, hairspray and deodorant.

Returns - Postage details

Please note the following postage details which vary depending on your location.

For UK customers: Send your return via the Royal Mail. Please obtain a free certificate of posting when returning your goods so that in the event of goods getting lost in transit, we can still complete your request.

For US customers: Send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method. Please retain your shipping documentation so that in the event of goods getting lost in transit, we can still complete your request.

For International customers: Send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method and clearly mark your package as returned goods to avoid delays at customs. Please retain your shipping documentation; so that in the event of goods getting lost in transit, we can still complete your request.
